It is now Saturday and have tried talking to the copy center to know if business cards I ordered are already available for pick up. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and just now another 8 minutes with no one picking up the call. The weekday staff seems much more efficient in picking up calls to answer questions. I would give 1 star for today if it wasn't for the weekday staff being more efficient.
